Meet our Leadership Team
Rohit Shanker
CEO AND DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY
As CEO of Naryant, Rohit leads with his passion for helping solve some of the toughest challenges facing society today through the power of data, effective use of innovative technologies, and efficient governing policies. He sets the company’s strategy, empowers high-capacity individuals to work together in an agile fashion to deliver in a proactive, timely, and cost-effective manner.
By trade, Rohit is a licensed professional engineer with a background in electrical engineering. He was born in India, grew up in the US, and now lives in Canada with his wife and two sons. Rohit is an avid sports fan, and loves a good cookout with friends and family.
Salimah Mulji
CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER
Salimah is our Customer Success Manager, helping align our expectations and goals with those of our clients through empathetic listening. Her background within HR and across a variety of sectors has equipped her with a deep knowledge of how people and processes come together to deliver success and impact.
She sees her role at Naryant as an opportunity to ensure that empathy is built into data solutions—something she sees as essential in a world where data is critical for growth. By focussing on people first—whether builders or users—she believes that data can have a positive impact on cultures and communities around the world.
When she’s not working, Salimah volunteers at the Aga Khan Museum, where she can celebrate her love of art and history while helping to nurture that love in others.
Lesli Ferguson
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
As Creative Director Lesli combines her graphic design education and 15+ years of experience with an innate passion for relationship building. This unique equation underpins both Lesli’s daily motivation and her guiding purpose: to inspire happiness and beauty by uniting progress, creativity, and love in a striking, strategic way.
Throughout her career Lesli has worked with companies large and small, including L’Oreal, Illesteva, Marriott Hotels and the Toronto Raptors earning her numerous industry accolades, including “Best in Show” at the How International Design Awards, and features in Graphis, Print, FPO, Communication Arts and Applied Arts.
Lesli is in her happy place, when she is outside jogging, sipping coffee with a girlfriend or watching a nature documentary or the newest Marvel movie with her husband and kids.
Doug Sauer
SENIOR DEVELOPER
Doug is our Senior Developer, responsible for delivering world class solutions to our clients. Since joining Naryant over 10 years ago, he has led the development of the Canvass Health platform and helped dozens of clients positively impact the lives of their users.
Doug sees himself as the maker of useful things. He believes that solutions through data should be tools for accomplishing something meaningful, rather than an excuse to create a shiny piece of tech.
At home, Doug can be found gaming, having adventures in the great outdoors, or enjoying his main passion, being a dad.
