Broken down to its essence, we define strategy as understanding the context and then creating a plan that solves the challenges present in the current context. Firstly, that means investigating the problem you want to solve, then deciphering if it is a problem that you – and your users, need to solve.
But our definition of strategy goes beyond the end user or the initial aims of a project. Our teams work in close partnership with you to understand your internal systems and challenges to ensure that we are producing work that can realistically be implemented within your organization.
